Got hips?

Feeling a little soreness in the hips, but then I consider what I've been making them carry all these years and who could blame them? Stretching helps.

Excited (scared, horrified, thinking about eating at Waffle House while you guys cross the causeway) about the half-marathon. I've been really impressed with how many folks are hanging in there for the long runs/walks.

When people pass me this week, I request that you say "I'm sorry." It is the least you could do as you humiliate me. If it is difficult for you to talk while you're exercising, you could just wear a sign on your back--something like-"Hey you, pick up the pace and follow me." You need to get used to wearing a number anyway.
